Coaching for Optimal Performance

This workshop is specifically designed to look at coaching from both a theoretical and practical basis. It is also designed to help supervisors and managers re-evaluate current coaching viewpoints, challenge old assumptions and encourage personal growth. The acquisition of coaching skills requires a commitment to change, and it takes time.

It will help identify one’s own leadership style and range of flexibility, predict the effectiveness of one’s own leadership choices and identify the ability and willingness of employees to accomplish goals and objectives.
