Leading Organizational Change in the Midst of Chaos

This workshop identifies the dynamics of change and helps managers and supervisors regain their control in times of chaos, and therefore, become more effective in acting as change agents for their people. It takes a new look at Workforce 2004 and uses an excellent model to diagnose which phase, (betrayal, denial, identity crises or searching for solutions) that individuals and workgroups are in, strategies for managing the transition and action planning to enhance productivity.
