Performance Appraisal: How to Give Fair and Impartial Evaluations

This course is designed to provide hands-on training with the performance appraisal system. Subject areas include how to use the performance management system, how to write goals and objectives, document and monitor employee performance, assess and evaluate performance skills and conduct a performance appraisal.

The performance appraisal represents one year of work. Therefore, it is critical that managers/supervisors take this seriously and build on their employee’s strengths and expertise.
